Dewey Fitzpatrick III passed away on November 24, 2016 in Richardson, TX. He was born on February 21, 1945 in Palestine, TX.

Most of Dewey's childhood was spent in Greenville, Texas. He graduated from Carver High School and later attended the University of Oklahoma where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology. Dewey met and married the love of his life, Linda, in 1978. He earned a MBA from Texas A&M-Commerce and shortly thereafter was employed by (the former) Alex Brown and Sons as a bond salesman. He continued to work in investment banking for more than thirty years. He volunteered for many organizations, including the Catholic Diocese of Dallas, and was a faithful friend to many.
